There so many online resources to learn about anything and everything. A simple Google search can produce a litany of links to reference material that is applicable to any level of background. My favorite resources are Slashdot and Boingboing. Both are accessible to everyone, including curious non-technical leaders. – Chris Kirby, Voices.com

Technology is changing faster than ever before. Even us technologists have a hard time keeping up sometimes. If you want to get up to speed and stay there, you must go all in. Create a Twitter list or use Nuzzle to aggregate lots of great content all in one place and spend some time every day perusing. – Danny BoiceTrustify
